Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the order process to meet customers’ satisfaction.
2. Responsible for Sales tracking, weekly update Forecast tracking, monthly update RD project tracking, weekly update Internal sales supporting: Quotation, push customer payment, apply invoice to customer, paperwork with customer, push L/T with internal operation Sample purchase, payment . Potential customer survey.
3. Disti management.
4. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
1. Bachelor degree above, major in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
2. At least 1year experience in marketing field or IC background.
3. Extensive market and sector knowledge .Strong business feeling. Good data and information analytical capacity and collection skills.
4. Willing to travel extensively
5. Be able to handle multiple tasks under high pressure and complete on time
6. Well organized and responsible Good listening/communication skills, strong interpersonal ability.
7. Good English language skills in written listening and speaking.
8. Self-confident, self-motivated, open-minded, energetic, result-driven.
