职位描述：
Job Description:

1. Manage marketing budget in a cost-effective manner to meet overall business objectives
2. Manage end-to-end marketing process to ensure effective planning, development and implementation of marketing plans
3. Collect market intelligence and collate marketing reports for program evaluations to track, analyze and communicate key performance indicators
4. Ensure all marketing programs are strictly adhered to compliance and regulatory requirements and reinforce brand values
5. Allocate excellent support to Sales and Business development teams
6. Drive the marketing team to achieve business objectives
7. Initiate customer-centric marketing programs to drive business objectives
8. Manage the overall marketing operations flow in an efficient and effective manner
9. Act as a core partner to top management team, report to PR & Communication Manager in HQ and MD in PCDG.

Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration or related disciplines or above
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing and Brand Building preferably in a multi-cultural organization with at least 1 - 2 year experience in supervision
3. Experience in Jewelry/Gem is an advantage, preference in design & beauty is a plus
4. Strong business acumen, good project management skills and analytical skills
5. Positive team and customer focused orientation with initiative, flexibility and creativity
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to perform multitask and meet tight deadlines
7. Fluency in both written and spoken English, knowledge in other language is an advantage
8. Proficiency in MS office include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
9. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
10. Willing to travel
