Job Purpose & End State Activities
To support the daily operation of biz team on accurate billing and timely VAT invoice issue, support customer request and payment collection.
Related account receivable work
Account reconciliation
Payment collection
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Daily billing data checking & Create VAT according to system billing, issue invoice of VAT via GTM 金穗机 based on accountant instructions.
Verify the credit note and red invoices application submission to tax bureau. Ensure tax returns are according to tax bureau’s requirements
Key the carriage invoices of Apple in the AS400
Provide various reports to support customer request and payment collection
Communicating and establish relationships with local tax authorities to ensure full cooperation and resolve issues
Perform monthly closing Tax reconciling output VAT
Filing of documents (documents retention laws)
