- Responsible for all routine account receivable duties
- Follow up all due accounts with debtor/Sales team by calls or email
- Check customer credit and release sales order daily
- Assist Supervisor for any monthly report on monthly basis.
- Working closing with customer service and Sales team.
- Monthly accrual of customer rebate and release the rebate in due time
- Preparing AR aging report and assist any credit management report when requested
- Prepare AR data for balance sheet review and clear any pending issues
Education
- University background, major in finance or economy
Experience
- 3+ years working experience
- AR experience with foreign trading company is a plus
- Reading and writing English is required (CET +4 level)
