Academic

Job Duties:
Strategic
1. Develop supplier network to speed up the localization processes
2. Lower the inventory turns to increase cash position
3. Ensure the suppliers deliver with consistent quality and time

Purchasing
1. Define Supplier Assessment Qualification Procedure and implement for each product
2. Define and implementation localization schedule
3. Perform market survey on different parts, send RFQ to potential suppliers and report finding to MD for decision
4. Ensure the good received are up to the quality standard
5. Work with Quality Control to monitor the performance of suppliers
6. Ensure purchasing are in line with the production schedule and practice JIT
7. Reduce the purchasing cost year over year

Inventory Management
1. Ensure our inventory can make the production and customers’ demand
2. Ensure no overstocking
