职位描述：
Responsibilities 岗位职责:
-Assist to establish costing function according to business requirement, lead and develop month end costing process.
根据公司业务需求，建立和完善成本核算，成本月结等流程制度。
-Assist new ERP system implementation on responsible cycles.
协助公司ERP系统相关模块的实施运行。
-Monitor and analyze inventory movements, stock-taking and physical inventory variance and follow up.
监督存货的流转，组织存货盘点，存货差异分析及跟踪等工作。
-Prepare various cost variance and margin analysis and identify cost improvement opportunities, co-ordinate other departments to enhance production cost control.
成本差异和毛利分析，发现成本降低的机会。与相关部门协商，加强对产品成本的管控。
-Assist in internal & external audit.
协助内外部审计的工作

Required skills 岗位要求：
-College degree or above in Accounting, accountant certificate is a plus.
会计大专及以上学历，有会计师资格证优先考虑
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing costing area, preferably in Foreign invested company.
至少3年制造业成本会计工作经验，有外资企业工作经历优先考虑
-Familiar with Chinese accounting principles and tax policies/regulations.
熟悉中国会计准则和税收法规
-Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel.
熟练办公软件，特别是Excel的使用。
-Basically know English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
掌握基本的英语听说读写能力。
-Self-motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently under pressure and good team spirit.

Tai Ping Carpets (Xiamen) Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tai Ping. Located in Haicang Export Processing Zone and designed by Sandrolini, now we have finished construction. The new Artisan Workshop will begin operations from May 2016 producing handmade products for Tai Ping’s global residential, aviation and yacht customers.
The new Artisan Workshop is designed by Paris based Sandrolini Architects, with a focus on functionality, world class design and sustainability initiatives along with optimum work conditions, representing Tai Ping’s commitment to preserve the craft of rug making and offering a superior customer experience.
Production of handmade rugs and carpet will be supported by a high technology dyeing plant and an advanced testing facility to guarantee quality compliance of all materials sourced, manufactured and dispatched from the factory.
