岗位职责：
1) 组建和管理投行团队；
2) 依据公司产品战略，在区域内挖潜合格的潜在供应商；
3) 区域内搜寻优质基础资产；
4) 负责金融项目设计、尽职调查工作；
5) 产品成立后定期分析其运营情况并对风险评级及时预警，并监督其执行与操作。
任职资格：
1) 金融、数学类相关专业本科以上学历；
2) 8年以上金融行业工作经验，具有很强的专业知识和风控意识 ;
3) 具有较强的协调能力、人际影响能力，具有丰富的金融机构和企业人际关系，拥有较强的推介技能,能自我激励;
4) 精通投资分析、财务分析、具备相关法律知识者优先；
5) 善于学习，心态开放，拥有团队合作精神，能承担一定的工作压力，有良好的职业操守和商业道德口碑。 举报 分享
