职位描述

Position: Sales Specialist, Container Department – ICG Group
Report to: Container Sales Manager – ICG Group
Location: Guangzhou

Job Summary
Take full responsibilities for container equipment sales activities within assigned area to meet sales targets and improve sales revenue.

Job Responsibilities
Implement sales strategies made by head office and achieve sales target set by company.
Practice core value behavior; customer focused and competitive mindset (ownership, proactive, take one step in advance).
Monitor market and competition developments and trends, including win-loss data and feedback to sales, Pacific Sales Support and regional product organization. Initiate, identify and participate in internal processes projects to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Oversee daily sales activities of sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Obtain market intelligence and help sales manager formulate sales policies/strategies.
Develop market on a need basis, monitor and evaluate activities and products of competitors and recommend counter measure.
Improve company image exposure in retail outlets.
Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree, major in Mechanism/Electronics/Engineering or related field.

Work Experience:
At least 4 years working experiences in industry machine/equipment sales/marketing with 2 years in a managerial position, working experience in NMC is preferred.

Other Qualifications

Good at English in verbal and oral,
Strong analytical and Computer Skills,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and motivational skills.

负责相关区域的罐装喷涂设备市场销售工作,完成公司的销售任务,并提高销售业绩。

工作职责
执行和实施总部的营销策略及实现公司的销售目标。
通过现有的销售渠道,如原始设备制造商和服务中心/渠道合作伙伴等,支持产品的销售和服务。
实践公司核心价值,客户导向和积极竞争的心态(如主人翁意识、主动积极、前瞻性、强先对手一步的具体措施)。
留意市场竞争的发展趋势,包括具体盈亏数据.
制定,修订并参与内部流程,以达到降低成本和提高效率。
监督日常销售活动的销售队伍,以实现收入目标。
获得市场情报,并帮助销售经理制定销售政策/战略。
根据实际需要大力发展市场,监测和评价竞争伙伴的产品和市场活动,并建议对策。
通过零售提升企业市场知名度。
上级分配的其他项目和工作内容。

职位要求
学历
本科以上学历,机械/电子/工程等相关专业。

工作经验
至少4年以上食品/罐装等相关行业市场销售经验,2年的团队管理经验,有跨国公司工作经验者优先考虑。
