职位描述

Position: UV Sales Engineer
Report to: Manager, UV Industrial
Location: Guangzhou

Job Summary
To promote and maximize the sales of UV products in accordance with agreed targets and within assigned territories.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain strength and explore customers for the agreed sales budgets and targets.
This includes close cooperation with the existing UV distribution channels and with existing UV sales channels and personnel. Prepare and monitor reports on market development in the format requested on periodical base.
Find and evaluate sales leads, assist in the development of marketing programs in local languages. Provide regular feed back on all sales leads and ensure customer information and/or database is correctly maintained.
Prepare and submit application solutions to prospects clearly illustrating UV product benefits by TCO concept. Follow the company Mission Statement to provide a first class service to our customers, demonstrating UV products, at all times operating in a professional manner.
Develop a complete understanding of the China key markets potential and needs, monitor competitive activities in key industries. Share the information (regarding new markets and new applications, etc.) of UV focused markets with the global Marketing and Sales team, and assist in developing appropriate programs/projects and products to grow our business in these key markets.
Take necessary business trips and actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, seminars etc. as requested.
Submit and control all expenses under the company guidelines.
Carry out any tasks, which may reasonably be requested by the company’s management.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree or above in Electronics/Microelectronics, Automatic or related field.

Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years industrial technical sales experience, especially in Adhesive/Automobile /microelectronic industries. Experience in Ultraviolet (UV) related business field would be preferred.

工作职责
维持和巩固现有客户,发展和挖掘新客户,根据销售预算,完成在相关区域的业务销售指标。
保持与现有的UV经销商及其他销售渠道和销售人员的紧密合作。
定期按照要求制作和递交市场报告。
寻找和评估销售机会,协助制定营销计划;定期反馈所有销售活动,并确保客户信息和和相关数据的正确性。
遵守公司指导原则,管理UV产品的评估计划,为用户提供及时的反馈。
充分考虑客户的投资汇报率,制订和提交能够清楚地表明UV产品优点的应用解决方案。
按照公司的使命,为顾客提供一流的服务;在任何时候,充分展示UV产品的专业程度。
制定一个完整的、中国关键市场的潜力和需求;监管竞争伙伴在关键行业的市场活动。
与全球的营销团队共享信息(关于新的市场和新的应用等等),并且协助开发适当的项目/产品/系统,以不断扩大我们在这些关键市场的业务增长。
采取必要的商务旅行,并积极参加销售会议、贸易展览、研讨会等活动。
按照公司相关规定,申报和控制所有费用支出。

职位要求
学历
本科以上学历,机械/微电子/机电一体等相关专业。

工作经验
至少5年以上相关行业技术应用的工作经验,有紫外线设备行业经验优先,跨国公司工作经验者优先考虑。
