职位描述：
As Senior Analytics Manager, you will be a key player in helping us build out our unified communication and collaboration apps on mobile, desktop and Web. If you love to drive insights that drive product direction and business strategy, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

-Develop a deep understanding of RingCentral collaboration business and products.
-Analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance metrics and KPIs.
-Crystallize key insights for the product leadership team.
-Support product managers, product designers and product marketing managers to define key performance indicators and business goals for new features and products.
-Manage and configure Google Analytics and other Web and mobile analytics platforms to track customer interactions and feature usage.
-Understand Web and mobile analytic metrics and data and ensure that metrics can be measured at multiple levels from summarized to granular views.
-Create custom queries using SQL and analytics tools to pull data from our database to develop advanced analytics reporting and answer deeper business questions.
-Develop and execute A/B tests on the site in conjunction with the UX and engineering teams.
-Design and develop analyses that answer complex business questions into actionable information.
-Own the Web, mobile and backend analytics roadmap to create and prioritize new analytics requirements and fixes and get them implemented.
-Perform a ad hoc analyses as needed.

Requirements:

-4+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Strategic Planning roles in a SaaS or consumer technology environment or 3+ years experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
-Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate insights for the management team.
-Must have experience implementing and using Web and/or mobile tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Mixpanel, Flurry or Localytics.
-SQL/database query skills.
-Highly proficient user of Excel. Experience with spreadsheet modeling, report creation, and trend forecasting.
-Outstanding analytical problem solving skills with strategic and structured thinking.
-Ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional stakeholders.
-Results-oriented and demonstrates high degree of ownership and accountability.
-Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across a small but international team environment.
-Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior.
High attention to detail.
-Demonstrated track record of achieving outstanding results in professional and academic career.
-Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical discipline.

Nice to haves:

-Master’s or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
-Experience with a business intelligence reporting tool (Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, etc.).
