职位描述：
Job Title: Product Engineering
Department: Manufacturing Operations
Location: Putian, China
Report to Product Engineering Manager

Job Summary:
This position will report directly to Product Engineer Manager and focus on engineering field of footwear. This job will conduct model size and extreme size fitting approved with HQ. This position will be responsible to set the vision, practices and measures that enable the delivery of quality technical support at production creation thru manufacturing.

Essential Functions:
? Tech pack and pullover review with PD team
? ILR/ FLR/SMS sample review with PD team
? Model size /Extreme size fitting sample review before submit to HQ
? Mother last creation, full size run last grading/confirmation
? Upper paper pattern review/confirm before sampling
? Key measurement set up for new silhouette
? Generate/confirm Construction Specification Sheet for new silhouette
? Brief manufacturing process for new silhouette
? Provide right tech package info to coordinator for consolidation
? Conduct physical test to ensure product safety

Essential Skills:
? Basic in English and Mandarin both written and oral.
? Footwear technical skills, paper pattern engineering, manufacturing process
? Well organized and structured to meet all timelines as agreed.
? Undisputed integrity, personal, and business ethics; ability to build trust and respect with different stakeholder groups.

Qualifications:
? 8 Years footwear + experience in Engineering or Manufacturing.
? B.A./ B.S. degree in Engineering /Quantitative majors preferred.
? Minimum of 6 years in Footwear technical level.
? Experience in a global environment is preferred

Special Requirements:
? Expect approximately 20%-30% travel required both domestic and international
