Position Description:
-Provide professional reception to customers and guests.
-Provide clerical and administrative support to the office.
-Serve as the main telephone operator to handle incoming telephone calls. Distribution of faxes and memos, in/out mails.
-Allocation the reservation for air-ticket and hotels.
-Type office/business documents.
-Responsible for HR Related work, such as insurance, etc.
-Handle business about operations.
-Contact with business clients.
-Canteen Management Express Management Others Assigned.
-Complete other tasks assigned by Manager.
Position Requirements:
1.2017届统招大学本科/硕士毕业生，英语专业优先。
2.英语水平专业八级以上，出色的英语听说读写能力。
3.出色的协调沟通能力，性格活泼开朗。
4.抗压能力强，有责任心及上进心。
5.工作认真细致，有条理和逻辑性。
6.良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正。
7.能熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Word,Excel, PPT等。
8.新加坡总部职位。
