To handle the account payable and treasury activities in financial operation.
? AP accounting
? Account reconciliation
? Treasury
? Inventory and COGS analysis
Account payable:
1. Audit payment vouchers and expense claims per company policy
2. Prepare the entries of G&A expenses and post to system.
3. Communicate and reconcile monthly inter-company recharge
4. Tax filing and reconcile the Input VAT related to import and local purchase.
5. Process the payment via e-banking(HSBC and CCB).
6. Communicate with authorized managers to approve the payments, and analyze the payment if any.
7. Maintain the bank payment listing of HSBCnet and CCB e-bank
8. To prepare the bank reconciliation for all bank account
9. Liaison with the bank on the facility arrangement, loan extension, interest payment and other bank matters
10. Assist AP leader in inventory, cost management.
