职位描述：
岗位职责：
-Full lifecycle application development
-Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
-Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
-Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
-Software modeling and simulation
-Front end graphical user interface design
-Software testing and quality assurance
-Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
-Support, maintain and document software functionality
-Integrate software with existing systems
-Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
-Project Planning and Project Management
-Maintain standards compliance
-Implement localization or globalization of software
-Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
-Present information and effectively communicate with divisions and cross-functionally. Orally present findings to team and management.
-Write project plans. Determine timeline and resources for projects. -Work with internal and external parties to aid in successful project completion.
-Drive growth, cost reduction, yield and product quality improvements, and capacity increases.
-Maintain awareness of advances in technology and competitive intellectual property (patents).
-Write technical reports and document research. Summarize critical results and observations. Verify reliability of data.
-Propose, design, prioritize, conduct and oversee multiple projects.
Lead and conduct problem solving efforts and propose resolutions.

任职要求：
-Someone with a passion for programming.
-Strong math and analytical skills.
-Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science or related field.
-Understanding of RFID technology, sensors and microcontrollers required.
-Microsoft .NET C# programming experience is essential.
-Experience of C and assembly firmware programming is a big plus.
-Demonstrate working knowledge/experience in electronics field.
-A background in electronics is highly desirable.
-Strong organization and attention to detail.
-Knowledgeable on process documentation and improvement.
-Strong verbal and written skills.
-Ability to work both individually and in a team.
-Some travel required.

-本科学历以上，电子、电气，计算机科学相关专业优先
