职位描述：
Responsiblity:
1. Weekly customer& distributor orders deliveries
2. Generate DN, INVOICE in MOVEX and issue VAT invoice-need to support fiancé dept. issue VAT invoice
3. Operate 药易通 system to meet CFDA GSP requirement
4. Handle custom declaration for import shipments
5. Communicate and coordinate with relevant functions （Ambu Trading& Ambu Ltd.& Malaysia customer service）
6. Prepare bidding documents and document stamp and delivery
7. Submit PR in system for all payments

Qualification requirements
1. Bachelor degree education
2. Above 2 year relevant experience in customer service/ sale assistant and customs clearance
3. Good English level of verbal and written
4. Good organization and communication skills, must be self-driven, independent and a team player, able to work under high pressure
