职位描述：

ROLE:

This position is responsible for whole scale of technical support to all product lines, as well as developing R&D issues and raising technical level of the organization as a whole. Responsible for technical support to all kinds of audit as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Follow quality procedures and quality manuals to review all steps are properly taken for issuing certificate of GS, S, and CB.

2. List and explain non-compliance to related parties as well as handle certification related enquiries, provide necessary support to Sales & Marketing and all engineering divisions.

3. Study on relevant laws, standards, and directives of testing & certification market surveillance, and provide related information to relevant parties.

4. Record any experience of value and coordinate with other labs & certification bodies (e.g. SEMKO, Intertek Germany) regarding technical and operation issues;

5. Constantly seek to optimize the certification process in local office;

6. Deliver training and help develop local certification reviewers;

7. Other ad hoc duties as assigned;

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:

1. Ability to work well under pressure;

2. Organized and detail oriented, good problem solving skills;

3. Critical thinking, active learning, and achievement oriented;

4. Take initiatives for process optimization;

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills;

6. Good team work spirit and ability to manage multiple tasks;

7. Good command of international & European Standard Directives (such as ISO, IEC, EN, VDE);

8. Fluent language ability in German is a must;

9. Fluent in spoken & Written English;

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s degree, major in engineering related, and etc.;

2. 5+ years of relevant experience in testing and certification industry;
