工作职责Responsibilities
1.在制造区域创建和维护安全政策
Develop and maintain the safety policy in the manufacturing area
2.贯彻质量政策，确保生产质量可控
Implement the quality policy, ensure the production quality is under control
3.根据生产计划，领导生产团队在厂区工作
Lead the production team to work in the factory according to the production plan
4.推广标准化工作流程，营造持续改善的工作氛围
Push standardize work process, and set a continuous improvement working environment
5.管理生产区域的工具，设备和物料
Manage the tools, equipment and material which located in the manufacturing area.
6.对生产进行持续优化工作，改进生产能力
Continually optimize the production. Improve the productivity
7.负责本岗位在BOS体系中的有关职责
In charge of related BOS responsibility of this position
8.发展和领导生产团队
Develop and lead the production team
　
任职资格Qualification
教育背景：工程或相关专业本科以上学位
Education:Bachelor degree, major in engineering or related
工作经验：五年以上制造业生产管理经验
Work Experience:At least 5 years production management experience in manufacturing industry
知识/技能：良好的英文说、读、写能力;熟悉MS Office
Knowledge/Skills:Good command of English in speaking, reading, writing; Be familiar with MS office.
素质要求：能在高压下工作，勇于承担责任，良好的组织与协调能力。
Qualities:Work under high pressure, willing to take responsibility, good at organizing and communicating.
