职位描述：
Mission of Function:
-responsible to keep running products at state of the art considering the reliability, performance and cost.
-be one stop knowledge center about LED for other functions in BE and about BE for other functions within LED.
-run projects to improve products or develop new product variants.
-work closely with Business segment LED at headquarter; segment development teams, BT, quality department, chip development, BE production teams.

Tasks:
1.) lead new product development project as global or PD MF role
2.) evaluate method to improve and optimize LED
3.) cooperate with marketing / AE
4.) lead chip integration project
5.) cooperate with project leaders from FE
6.) lead investigation and analysis of problems and drive implementation of solutions
7.) to provide customer/ marketing support e.g. by customer information packages, support for dedicated orders
8.) be interface between BS and production
9.) lead change projects

Job Requirement:
-minimum 3 year experience in LED semiconductor industry.
-BE assembly process knowledge
-intercultural competency
-customer communication
-LED Handling and Assembly
-experience as product engineer, process engineer, R&D or design in related component
-engineering or physics (minimum bachelor degree)
