某德资企业诚聘 Sr. FOL/EOL Process Engineer（资深前道或后道工艺工程师）

Job Description

1. Support in the area of yields, quality and cost sustainment for Product Line processes
2.Responsible for machine qualification, buy-off and conduct regular failure and reject analysis
3. Preparing Control Plan, FMEA, Process Flow, Operation Standard and other
4. Monitoring, improving, analyzing and control processes, material tooling and equipment

5. FOL is mainly focus on die bonding and wire bonding process, added advantage of Cu wire process experience; EOL is mainly responsible for molding process, added advantage of family with the Fico machine.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/ Mechanical/Material Engineering
2.Minium 6 years of relevant experience in equipment design and maintenance in semiconductor company
3.Independent and team orientated
4. Basic problem solving skills and analytical skills
