职位描述：少儿奥数

岗位职责：
负责小学阶段奥数的教学工作

任职资格：
1、熟悉少儿考级与素质培养，有少儿授课经验或者奥数辅导经验者优先。
2、熟悉少儿的生活及学习特点，善于因材施教，能开拓发掘组织多种教学方式，灵活教学 。
3、确保不在竞争或同类教育机构及学校承担相同或相近的授课任务。
4、性格活泼，有朝气与活力；语言表达能力强，富有亲和力，有责任心和耐心；有团队合作精神。
5、理解并认同新东方文化。

待遇：通过面试者将全面接受新东方内部教师培训（含学校、跨校、集团培训等），签订全日制劳动合同，享受基本工资、课酬、五险一金、年假、年度旅游、其他福利和培训机会等，具体事宜面议。
