Position Description:
1. Analysis on open backlog & supply issues, chasing for closure.
2. Coordinate with related teams to solve customer fulfillment related issues to make sure KPI's achievement & customer satisfaction
3. Maintain system settings, monitor source & EDI issues and get them fixed

Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree;
2.Min 1 year experience in Supply Chain. Customer fulfillment/order processing and SAP skills are a plus
3.Good command of English & Computer skill especially excel
4.Good communication and coordination skill, strong teamwork
5.Customer oriented and flexible in working hrs
