主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibility

1.定义产品系统，设计并负责规定范围的产品实现过程
Define production system， Concept and realize the process of pointed products.

2.与设计部门紧密联系，维护最新的工程图纸、产品和零件的技术规范和测试标准Interface with design dept., maintain latest level of engineering drawings, specifications and test standards of product.

3.与客户保持密切联系，进行有效的交流
Interface with customer, keep a good communication

4.与供应商技术交流，保持最新的技术定义
Interface with supplier, maintain the updating of technical definition

5.内部技术支持：物流、质量、SQA和销售等
Interface with internal quality, SQA, logistic & Sales, …

6.负责对来自客户、内部和供应商的产品变更方面的ECR/RCO的评估
Evaluate the ECR/ECO.change from customer、internal and suppliers

7.负责与上海办公室就产品更改方面的ECR/ECO有关的文件资料进行协调
Coordinate the document with shanghai office for the ECR/ECO which related with production changes

8.材料和零部件国产化认可
Validate the localization of Material and parts.

9.发起VA/VE，并组织VA/VE方案的认可和实施
Launch the VA/VE, Validate and implement the proposals of VA/VE

10.主导VAVE案件发掘
Champion VAVE Study

11.组织竞争对手车型座椅价值工程价值分析
Champion Benchmarking Study

12.新产品先期策划
Advanced plan of new product

13.提交技术方案、样件试制及其客户认可
Technical proposal, prototype and validation from customer

14.检查来自设计部门的BOM 和产品图纸
Check the BOM, drawings & specification from design dept.

15.协助实现新产品工业化
Assist the industrialization of new product

16.参与新产品设计，及时向上海设计反馈现生产产品设计问题
To Involve in new product design, and as window to feedback the design problem of serials product to SH engineering

17.参与日常产品质量持续改进活动
Be involved in continuous quality improvement activities daily

18.负责与产品定义相关的质量改进
Be charge of quality improvement concerning product definition

19.结合制造要求确定适宜的技术改进方案
Identify the best product engineering proposal with manufacturing consideration

20.参与开发适用于座椅的新技术
Involved in exploitation of New seating Technique

21.新技术推广运用和客户认可
New Technique apply and custmer certification

22.部门经理交给的其他临时工作
Others temporary job given by Dept. Manager

岗位任职资格 Position Qualification

1.大学本科及以上学历
Bachelor Degree or above

2.汽车座椅产品开发或制造企业2年以上技术工作经验
2 years working experience in Product exploitation or automobile industry

3.掌握佛吉亚全兴的ECO/ECR流程
Master the ECO/ECR process of FGW

4.Excel、Powerpoint、Word等办公软件Computer skill of office software such as Excel, Word

5.掌握汽车行业主流3D和2D绘图设计软件
Master the design software of 3D&2D

6.熟悉座椅的金属材料和非金属材料
Familiar with metal material and nonmental material of Seating

7.熟悉座椅的法规标准和客户的产品标准
Familiar with standard statute and customer product in seating

8.熟悉佛吉亚的座椅开发流程
Familiar with Seating design process of Faurecia

9.英文说写能力
Oral and writing English

10.跨部门的沟通与协作
Communication and cooperate between department

佛吉亚全兴（武汉）汽车座椅有限公司于2002年8月9日成立于武汉经济技术开发区内。其投资方为法国佛吉亚集团公司及全兴工业（中国）有限公司，总投资10200万人民币。注册资本5500万人民币。法国佛吉亚集团投资额比例51%,全兴集团投资额比例为49%。公司现拥有员工285人。主要客户为神龙汽车有限公司和东风日产汽车有限公司乘用车。主要产品为汽车座椅及座椅零部件。
