职位描述：
1．遵守医院各项规章制度，有执业医师证者优先。
2.在科主任领导和上级医师指导下，根据工作能力、年资，负责一定数量病员的医疗工作。担任住院部值班工作。
3．书写病历。新入院的病历，一般应在病员入院24小时内完成，负责病员住院期间的病程记录，及时完成出院病员病历小结。
4．对病员进行检查、诊断、治疗，开写医嘱并检查其执行情况，同时还要做一些必要检验等工作。
5．住院医师对所管病员应全面负责，在下班前做好交班工作。对需要特殊处理和交待的病员，应向值班医生重点交班并写好交班记录。
6．参加科内查房。对所管病员每天至少上下午各巡视一次。对上级医师查房（巡视等）应详细汇报病员病情和诊疗意见。请他科会诊时，严防差错事故。
7．认真执行各项规章制度和技术操作常规，严防差错事故。
8．认真学习，运用先进医学科学技术，积极开展新技术、新疗法，积极参加科研工作。
 9．随时了解病员的思想、生活情况，征求病员对医疗、护理的意见，做好病员的思想工作，做好告知等谈话手续。 举报 分享
