Main Accountabilities:
1. Join the global team for wet capacitor R&D work.
2. Plan & execute global technical support, new product development, perform testing on product.
3. Coordinates with local, regional and global resources to execute R&D/GPS plans.
4. Maintains awareness of state-of-art technology, market & standard trends and recommends appropriate actions.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
1. Master degree, or bachelor degree with 3+ years working experience majored in Physics or Materials Engineering (or related major), solid theoretical knowledge and practical skills
2. Strong competence on wet capacitor unit R&D, production, and/or capacitor application is a plus.
3. Fluent in both oral and written English to discuss technical issue/communicate with foreign colleagues.
4. Self-motivated, high curiosity and ability to learn about new technologies
5. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
