职位描述：

Objectives & Responsibilities
？ Assist Quality Manager in delivering CNTXC EHS values to all employees.
？ Lead EHS system implementation
？ Elaborate action plan, organize the review and monitor the status in site
？ Ensure the follow-up and the consolidation of the monthly reporting of the indicators
？ Develop and localize EHS policy, procedures, including emergency, safety, PPE etc. and ensure the effective implementation
？ Conduct EHS training program
？ Develop and analyze EHS KPIs and regularly update with management.
？ Routine check factory for personal protect and safety regulation
？ Implement internal and external EHS Audit to ensure full compliances
？ Promote EHS awareness and knowledge through communication program, reward system, etc.
？ Timely investigate and analyze all accidents, incident and near miss to identify lesson learnt and improvement actions.
？ Continuously promote CNTXC EHS management.

Educational Requirements
University education above



Technical Knowledge / Experience
？ At least 3 years’ experience in EHS management.
？ Knowledge of Safety, Health and environmental legal requirements
？ Good communication skill
？ Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
