Major responsibilities：

1. Regularly meets with customers in the assigned area to continuously provide them with relevant product / medical information according to their specific needs

2. Meets or exceeds individual sales target set by the company through scientific and ethical product promotion to customers in the assigned area

3.Organizes scientific meetings to enhance scientific exchanges and learning among customers

4. Reports regularly his/her activities with relevant updated market information

5.Assists both Sales and Marketing departments in the organization of regional/national/ international meetings


主要工作职责：

1.定期与指定区域内的客户会晤，并根据他们特定的需求，不断提供给他们相关的产品或医疗信息
2.达到或超过个人销售目标。公司会在指定区域内对客户进行系统的、合理的产品推广，并依此来设定个人的销售目标
3.组织科学会议以加强与客户间的科学交流与学习
4.定期报告客户活动及相关的最新市场信息
5.帮助销售及市场营销部门组织地区/全国/国际会议


Major required expertise & skills
- University degree and above in Sciences, major in Medicine preferred
- Two years (+/-) of working experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Oncology and in MNC
- Excellent selling,organizational and communication skills, results-oriented
- Ability to interact and establish good relationship with medical experts, customer-oriented
- Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base
- High level of ethics and compliance


主要技能要求
- 本科学历及以上，理科生，医学专业优先
- 有两年左右的医药销售经验，最好是在肿瘤学方面和在跨国公司中的工作经验
- 拥有出色的销售、组织和沟通能力，并以最终业绩为向导
- 能够与医疗专家进行互动，并与其建立良好的关系，做到始终以客户为中心
- 了解产品、市场与客户群体
- 道德高尚、遵守法规
