MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:
主要职责：
1According to position operation and process requirement, do good products on time
参照工位操作流程及工艺需求，按时完成高质量的产品
2Do maintenance with TPM
做好产线设备维护工作
3Acknowledge and do 5S, HSE in work area
认知并遵守工作区域的5S及安全工作
4Do first sample check sheet in every shift
完成每班次做首样件检查表格
5Abnormal feedback, including machine down, material defect and shortage, product quality and safety issues
对于机器设备停机，物料缺损及产品质量和安全问题需及时反映
6Take part in the activities which improve the production efficiency, quality, and production cost etc
积极参与促进生产效率，质量及生产成本等方面的活动
7Others the supervisor required according to work requirement.
完成主管安排的其他工作需求

Qualification:
任职资格：
1. KEY COMPETENCIES/ 资格能力要求
1.1Able to complete the assignments on time arranged by immediate supervisor.
能按时按量地完成主管安排的工作。
1.2Able to use electrical & mechanical equipment and measurement instrument.
能熟练操作电子或机械设备及测量工具。

2. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/ 教育及经验要求
2.1Min High school diploma or equivalent.
学历：高中学历以上
2.2Experience: Minimum of 2 year of automatic produvtion line .
工作经验：至少两年自动化产线工作经验

3. ATTRIBUTES/ 个人特质
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
良好的交流沟通能力

每周五早上九点在公司统一进行操作工的招聘
