QUALITY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR(质量主管)

POSITION 职位
? Report to the manager of Process Engineering/Quality department
MISSION 任务
? Ensure that the production means and practices are in compliance with the QMS and customer requirements
? Ensure the conformity of the products with regards to the customer requirements
? Ensure overall customer satisfaction
? Improve the quality of the products and services based upon the measurement of the product quality and non-quality costs.
RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
? Organize and manage the inspection team to meat production objectives and ensure product conformity prior delivery
? Organize and manage the quality operation engineers
? Develop and follow KPI to track and improve product quality and non-quality costs.
? Audit operational practices to ensure their conformity and follow up the corrective actions
? Validate the industrialization through the PVI process
? Organize the non-conformity process from the declaration to the clearance, including segregation and identification of non-conforming goods.
? Ensure proper answer is made to customer feedback
? Interrupt any action which would have adverse consequence on the product quality
? Support any customer or third party audit.
EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES 教育背景和技术要求
? Master Degree or equivalent
? Good English language skills (C,S,W,R), French language skills appreciated but not required
? Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools
? Knowledge of audit techniques (quality system, process, product)
? Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
? Management skills
? Capacity to analyse and to synthesize, problems solving
? Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Words, PowerPoint, Excel, MS project, …)
