1. Communicate with Internal offices to arrange all shipments according to customer’s purchasing order or shipping schedule.
根据客户的订单和运输计划跟内部各分公司联络进行货物出运的安排

2. Tracing all transportation information from CIS systems and carriers website and update daily report
在客户信息系统以及承运人网站搜索追踪货物运输信息，并及时更新日报表

3. Receiving and checking all delivery notice for all shipments on daily basis
每天接收和审核所有货物的到货通知

4. Checking all docs incl. hbl, obl, awb with overseas offices and provide correct docs to customer
核查所有包括海运分提单，海洋提单，空运运单等单证，并确保提供全套正确无误的单证给客户

5. Daily checking with customs broker and local agent for the working process fm port/airport to customer’s job site; checking with customer for the required delivery time
每天和客户以及客户的代理按照客户要求的送货时间对从海（空）港至客户的门点间的清关，送货等服务进行联络，监控并及时就异常状况处理、汇报

5. Input shipment date to customer’s internal system.
将运输数据输入客户的内部系统。

6. Coordinating, printing, copying, filing all related shipments documents for customer
为客户就我司所提供服务的货物进行相应的货物文件归档

7. Report to Xi’an office immediately while damage is found
当发现任何服务异常（损失、损害），及时汇报给西安分公司

8. Workout KPI by monthly end
KPI的缮制

9. Other related works assigned by customer

Requirement 要求
1. College degree or above. Major in Logistics, International Economics/Trading related.大专以上学历物流或国际经济及贸易专业为佳。
2. Above five years logistics related working experience. 五年以上物流货运相关工作经验.
3. Good at Microsoft office software. 熟练操作微软办公软件.
4. Experienced in Customs clearance process. 熟悉关务流程。
5. Fluent in written and oral English, no obstacles in communication in English. 熟练掌握英语听说读写，英语交流无障碍。
