1.For all paint related matters, follow-up and give assistantce to the design office engineering;
2.Write and maintain up to date all paint process documents;
3.Follow-up and assist with technical expertise internal production as well as main sub-contractors production;
4.Validate the paint system and associated process for each project;
5.Build and maintain a technical knowledge database with all known systems;
6.Conceive jigs and special tools when needed;
7.Check the good respect of processes and correct use of tools;
8.Anticipate production risks, quality risks;
9.Communicate & work closely with design, quality, purchasing, and production and PM departments.
