MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

1 Support Quality Manager on quality management issue。Support quality manager in leading, establishing, maintaining and improving management system.
支持质量经理管理相关质量工作，协助质量经理领导，维护及改进质量管理体系

2 Monitor corrective and preventive action for line quality management system and internal audit.
监控现场质量管理体系矫正及预防性措施

3 Take responsibility for new product or project safe launch, to get customer approval on time.
负责新产品、新项目的安全启动，向客户提交PPAP报告并按时得到客户批准

4 Lead corrective actions implementation to both internal and external quality problem, achieve quality target and customer satisfaction.
领导客户抱怨问题和内部质量问题的解决，推动整改措施的完成，实现公司质量目标和客户满意

5 Organize regular quality performance review meeting (e.g. FTQ weekly meeting) and drive continuous improvement.
组织公司内部质量例会（如质量绩效周会等），推动持续改进的进行

6 Monitor change management progress and keep it in safety, get customer approval for change via submittal relevant documents.
监控公司内部的工艺、生产、设计和材料等变更，提交相关文件并得到客户认可

7 Perform other job-related as assigned.
完成被指派的其它工作

QUALIFICATION 任职资格

1 University/bachelor degree major in mechanical, automation or material.
机械、电气或材料专业本科学历

2 Above 3 years of working experiences in field of Quality.
三年以上质量管理相关工作经验

3 Line quality or customer quality management experience in automotive field or related.
汽车行业或相关行业的现场或客户质量经验

4 Quality tools---APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
掌握质量管理工具的使用

5 Custmer audit experience, Computer skill and fluently English both in oral & written.
具有客户审核经验，良好的电脑及流利的英语（口头与书面）
