Job Description:

1.Source mechanical components according targets defined;
2.Supplier audit&prepare qualifications by providing competitiveness of supplier;
3.Develop short and long term procurement strategies on responsible area;
4.Review and analyze quotations to ensure the most benefit for company's purchasing activities
5.Support purchasing & sourcing manager for overall team target,technical wise.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor Degree in engineering,mechanical&electrical fields related;
2.Strong costing analysis and management ability;&
3.building relationships with good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills;
4.Hard working & able to take working pressure;

Experience:

1.Above 5 years purchasing working experience,familiar with sourcing&purchasing processes
2.Efficient in written & spoken English (especially written English);
3.Good at communication & understand local production capability & pricing;

2.供应商管理，并准备有竞争力的供应商相关资料;
3.为负责区域制定短期和长期采购战略;
4.回顾和分析报价确保公司的采购最大利益;
5.协助采购经理管理整体团队目标,并给予技术上的支持.


任职资格：

1.工程机械学士学位;电子电气相关专业;
2.具有较强的成本分析能力和管理能力;
3.具有良好人际沟通能力和谈判技巧;
4.工作认真,能承受一定的工作压力.

经验：

1.至少5年相关工作经验,熟悉采购流程(CAD优先）;
2.熟悉英文听说读写,注重英文写作;
3.有良好的沟通能力,对已有的产品市场以及价格有良好的认知.
