职位描述
岗位职责：
1、依据公司相关政策建立、维护和发展销售网络，负责销售渠道的开发、培训与监督；
2、制定所辖区域销售计划，推进渠道达成销售目标，完成销售业绩；
3、全面了解市场信息，对信息进行收集、汇总、分析、处理，掌握所辖区域市场的项目情况；
4、独立处理项目的前期操作、项目报备及项目投标报价控制；
5、负责定金、提货款及货到工地款项的回收、保持与客户及代理商的良好沟通。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，二年以上销售经验，有电梯行业经验者优先；
2、良好的人际沟通与表达能力，具有一定的谈判能力；
3、具有团队合作精神，能够在压力下保持积极的工作态度；
4、能适应长期省内出差。
