该职位工作地点为江阴市月城镇双泾村。

Responsiblity/Tasks

Implement, review and evaluate POCC training aimed at broadening employee knowledge and competences/skills as part of continual improvement.

Ensure adequate and implementation of balanced and effective managerial/behavioral and technical training &development programs at different levels across POCC.

Deliver training &development programs and tools for all POCC plants according to business goals, support each plant to organize on-job training.

Deliver integration plan for white-collar newcomers, and support each plant to do probation follow-up for blue-collar newcomers.

Experience

Bachelor degree or above

Minimum 5years experience in training

Capable of unifying management levels and building efficient organization Excellent communication and people skills
