The Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified Director of Sales and Marketing and the General Manager

在本系统酒店的规则及酒店内部市场销售总监及总经理规定的工作范围内,履行自己的职责。

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责

Assist in formulating marketing plan annually with the Assistance from sales team and executive committee members.

同销售团体成员一 起制定年销售计划。

Assist DOSM with outlining rate structures, discount policies, special promotional packages and activities.

协助市场销售总监制订价格,优惠政策,特别促销活动。

Assist in making both long and short term plans, identifying markets and customers.

协助制定长期和短期计划,认识市场和顾客。

Assist DOSM in carry out sales plans by leading sales team with efficiency and proper training.

协助市场销售总监领导销售队伍实施销售计划并给予正确、有效的培训。

Ensure that all new clients have no negative credit references.

确保所有新客户均无没有信用的记录。

Lead sales subordinate staff by implementing the joint call program and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of customer interviews and action plans.

通过执行销售拜访计划、对客户拜访及实施计划提出建议,为下属提供指导。

Organize production reports of sales team on a monthly basis.

每月提交客户总结报告。

Monitor and administer the hotel Sales Department budget on a monthly

basis.

控制饭店销售部的每月预算。

Supervise and be in charge of Public Relations activities, ensuring all activities/program run smoothly and successfully, all production meet with hotel standard and achieve its target.

指导并监督公关部活动,保证所有活动符合公司标准并顺利成功实施以达到预期目标。

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES 技术职责

The Director of Sales is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system.

熟悉饭店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。

Ensure the implementation of in-house software especially for “sales & catering”, supervise all staff utilize it properly and efficiently.

确保并监督部门内人员对“销售及餐饮”等酒店电脑系统软件的正确、有效运用

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 商业责任

Keep well informed about the operations especially in key departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banqueting etc.).

注意饭店尤其是主要部门的运作(前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、宴会厅等)。

Gather competitor information on weekly

密切关注涉及竞争的事宜(位置、常规价格、服务-偶然或经常需要的)。

Promote the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conducting, site inspections, presentations etc. of the hotel.

通过经常宴请、定点参观饭店、介绍饭店等活动推销饭店。

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES销售职责

Assist in leading, directing and motivating sales team through all necessary sales actions and programs to achieve and excel the annual budget targeted.

指导销售队伍的方向并通过采取所有需要的销售行动和程序来达到并超过预期目标。

Assist DOSM in directing each division as Sales, Reservations to meet

objective and targets.

- Apply yield management for maximum revenue

- Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.

指导销售部与预订部明确目标、目的。

-采取横向销售管理体系以争取最大利润。

-在加强房间销售的同时,向热点会议、宴会推销酒店。最大限度地利用会议及多功能厅的设施设备,以取得所预计的最高目标。

Lead sales team to cover key accounts – Travel Agents and Government mainly while assist in Commercial Accounts Production.

带领销售队伍拜访各类客户特别是旅行社及政府客户, 并协助发展商务客户。

Achieve (a) budgeted revenues on key accounts and (b) conversion of key prospects through the preparation and execution of acting plans.

首先完成主要客户的预计营业指标,其次通过精心准备和完成计划,发展具有潜力的客户

Define precisely guest requirements and ensure that the guest services offered correspond effectively to their requests.

明确客户需求,确定客户的需要得到了满足。

Supervise subordinate staff in handling meeting/banquet request and order forms in details avoiding miscommunications that guests are served to the most satisfaction.

领导下属员工掌握会议、宴会的需要并填写好宴会订单,为客人提供最为满意的服务。

Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling.

提供售后服务,特别要确保必要时客户所有的投诉都被有关部门认真接受、讨论。

Establish and update mailing list and set up history filing system that automatically prompts sales to do follow up.

建立通讯名录和客史档案系统以便自动快捷的进行销售。

Consolidate weekly sales activities and formulate report to DOSM.

统一每周的销售活动并作出报告给市场销售总监。

Responsible for expenses control and its effectiveness to obtain maximum sales revenue at minimum costs.

负责控制开销,以期以最少的花费获得最多的销售收入。

Handle all daily matters relating to sales operation. Monitor staffs’ duty roster and supervise staff attendance to work

处理关于销售过程中的日常问题,督查员工的出勤情况。

Monitor overall account business performance and ensure all account files and kardex system are updated

监督所有商业客户活动并保证所有客户档案及追踪系统得到及时更新.

Co-ordinate with Front Office Manager on short term forecasting

同前厅经理协同作出短期预测。

PR RESPONSIBILITIES 公共关系责任

At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.

在任何时间,任何形式的联系中提高饭店的正面形象。

Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.

鼓励和发展同公众、旅客、客户以及商界人士之间的积极紧密的关系。

REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION 替代和临时责任

In his or her absence, the Director of Sales may be replaced first by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
