Overview of Position 职位总述:

Manufacturing Engineer provides operational support of aerospace Electric Systems VFG Generator and Distribution products assembly and test cells. The person will focus on Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence to transform manufacturing processes in the areas of quality, cost, material handling and efficiency

Position Responsibilities 职位职责:

Candidate is responsible for 候选人职责:

· Support Set-up of new Joint Venture factory including shop floor layout and installation of new equipment

· Develop, maintain and improve manufacturing instructions for all products

· Define and Design tooling, fixtures and programs used in the manufacturing process

· Lead teams to find solutions to problems that affect operator safety, quality, productivity, and cost

· Identifies areas of material flow improvement

· Solve technical and quality issues during product assembly and testing processes. Develop and implement new processes or improve current processes

· Provide technical trainings to operators

对操作人员开展专业技能培训；

· Develops capital equipment studies and makes appropriate recommendations for capital expenditures

· Provide engineering support in production cells to implement continuous improvement activities including leading cell line design activities and support Kaizen Events, establishing performance metrics for operations ACE board display, and driving standardization for robust and cost effective processes

为生产区提供工程技术支持以实现持续改进，包括领导生产线设计的活动和支持持续改善活动，建立ACE生产显示板的表现指标，推进稳固和降低成本的流程标准化

· Support company policies, including but not limited to, EH&S, Ethics, ACE, and the Quality Management System

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical or manufacturing engineering or related field with the following years of experience:

· BA/BS degree w/5+ years electrical and manufacturing experience

拥有学士学位，及 5年以上电气和制造经验；

· MA/MS degree w/2+ years electrical and manufacturing experience

Related experience 相关经验

Candidates with manufacturing and testing experiences on aerospace generators and distribution products are preferred.
