POSITION
·Report to the Supply Chain Manager

MISSION
·Ensure the delivery of the final product according to the Production Plan (PDP)
·Coordinate with the Production Department that the necessary resources are involved to achieve the PDP from the reception of incoming goods until the delivery
·Check the data input by the Production and Quality Departments in the Enterprise Planning Resource are actual and true

RESPONSIBILITIES
·Establish and forward the Work Orders to Production department
·Monitor the Work In Progress, anticipate supply failure and activate the supply Chain actors
·Report regularly to Production and to Export-Import administrator for any information on to the schedule
·Monitor the stock reduction cost
·Update the management data (cycle time, unscheduled event, scrap,...) and maintain the production schedule index
·Ensure the reliability of planning data entered into the Enterprise Resource Planning software
·Ensure synchronisation of actual production flow with the Enterprise Resource Planning software data flow and with the documentation data flow (routing sheet) and warn related departments if case of delay or malfunction
·Ensure daily the proper procurement at each assembly workstation for logistics qualitative purpose (prep-to take organisation, packaging, ..)
·Establish and improve planning performance index

EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
·Bachelor Degree
·Good English language skills (C,S,W,R)
·Five years experience in the Supply Chain field
·Organizational skills
·Capacity to analyse and to synthesize
·Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel) and ERP software
