MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3 or more years of production/manufacturing experience. konw 5S and TS16949 systems.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Supervises 5 to 25 emplyees on a shift and holds responsibility for 2 to 4 product line.
2.Assigns work in accordance with the schedules and parameters established by higher levels of supervision.
3.Diagnose equipment or process difficulties and take timely, corrective action.
4.Ensures maintenance on assigned equipment and buildings is performed during immediate situations.Critical issues are reported to higher level.
5.Develops work procedures.Assists in the development and implementation of SOPs,MOIs and similar documentation on new programs and new techniques.

艾尔希庆华公司注册成立于2004年10月28日，到目前，经过三期建设公司已具备每年可生产混合式气体发生器700万只的生产能力；可为中国及亚洲市场每年提供300万只驾驶员侧气体发生器、200万只乘员侧气体发生器和200万只侧气体发生器。
美国ARC汽车公司是一家专业生产混合式气体发生器的企业，在北美、南美、亚洲等世界不同地区设有生产企业，其产品技术成熟，达到了欧美相关标准的要求，获得了国际市场的显著份额，受到汽车被动安全系统提供商及汽车市场的广泛欢迎，产销量约占世界市场份额的7%。艾尔希庆华的产品生产技术与美国ARC汽车公司在北美的业务保持同步发展。
由于中国近几年汽车市场快速发展及中国在制造业方面的成本优势，美国ARC公司计划在中国组建一个企业并使其成为ARC在亚洲的生产基地，将ARC在韩国、日本等地的需求划归这一基地供应。艾尔希庆华已成为ARC公司在亚太地区的一个生产基地，以ARC公司的混合式气体发生器为基础，生产汽车驾驶员、乘员、侧气囊等使用的气体发生器，满足中国及亚太地区市场对气体发生器日益增长的需求。
ARC Qinghua (Xi’an) Automotive Co.,Ltd.

ARC Qinghua(Xi'an)Automotive Co. Ltd(ARC Qinghua in short) is a joint venture established between ARC Automotive, Inc. and Xi'an North Qinghua Mechanical and Electrical Co. Ltd. ARC owns 60% of its share while Qinghua owns 40%. The registered address is in A0299, No.48, Gaoxin Road, Xi'an Hi-Tech Development Zone and its production is located in No. 1, Tianhong Street, Baqiao District, Xi'an.
ARC Automotive,Inc.(ARC in short) is specilized in hybrid inflator production. Its headquaters is in Knoxville, TN, USA.
The first term of the designed annual production capacity of ARC Qinghua is two(2) million hybrid inflators, one(1) million driver and one(1) million passenger each.
ARC is a dedicated to hybrid inflator development and production. It has manufacturing in North Armrica, Europe, Asia and South America with mature technology and meet the related specifications of both Europe and America and are widely used by airbag module makers.Its sales shares 7% of the world market. ARC Qinghua's technology will be kept updated with the development of the technology of ARC Automotive, Inc.
Due to the rapid growth of Chinese auto industries and the low cost advantage, ARC planned to build an Asian manufacturing base in order to meet the market demand in Korea, Japan and other Asian regions. ARC Qinghua will be the base of ARC in Asia and take the hybrid infaltor technology as its base and produce both driver and and passenger inflators (the first term construction aim) for airbag modules in order to meet the growing Asian market demand, especially the growing market in China.
