职位描述:
1， 负责合同的具体执行，处理所有与合同相关的文件，从采购与销售合同的制作并输入管理系统，到跟踪发货及客户收货，完成合同的执行。
2， 协助财务给客户依据发货数量及价格开发票，并负责向未及时付款的客户联系催款事宜。
3， 对仓库的出入库单证进行管理，仓库定期盘点，并对盘点结果与系统数据的差异进行分析，校正。
4， 协助销售人员处理日常的事务性工作并维护与客户及供应商的良好关系。
5， 支持销售团队的工作，对销售数据的统计与分析。

人员要求：
1， 敬业，有责任心，工作认真仔细，积极主动，擅长同时处理多件事情。
2， 良好的沟通与协调能力，能够用普通话交流，有耐心，态度好。
3， 能够熟练使用计算机，包括财务软件，OFFICE软件。
4， 两年以上相关工作经验，身体健康，性格开朗，年龄不限。
5， 中专或中专以上学历，必须懂财务，会做帐。
