任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、传媒等相关专业优先。
- 至少2年以上市场营销或相关领域工作经验。
- 具备社交媒体运营和活动策划经验。
- 有品牌营销经验者优先考虑。
- 优秀的文案撰写能力和创意思维。
- 能够熟练使用Canva、Photoshop、剪映等图片和视频编辑工具。
- 具有社交媒体广告投放实操经验和数据分析能力者优先。

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

【Job Description】:
We are a dynamic marketing agency seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing brand promotion, social media management, and event planning services for both domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, able to maintain strong interactions with clients to meet their needs. Additionally, they should have outstanding copywriting abilities, be proficient in basic image and video editing tools, and have some understanding of data analysis.
【Main Responsibilities】:
- Manage and maintain clients' social media platforms daily to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
- Write high-quality marketing content, including but not limited to press releases, advertising copy, and social media posts.
- Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Jianying (or similar) for basic image and video production and editing.
- Monitor and analyze data from social media and advertising campaigns, providing effective optimization suggestions.
- Capable of planning and executing various marketing activities, including online and offline events, to assist clients in achieving business growth.
- Maintain good communication with clients, promptly understand and meet their needs, and provide professional marketing advice.
【Qualifications】:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of work experience in marketing or related areas.
- Experience in social media management and event planning.
- Candidates with brand marketing experience are preferred.
- Excellent copywriting skills and creative thinking.
- Proficient in using image and video editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Jianying (or similar).
- Practical experience in social media advertising and data analysis is a plus.
- Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
