岗位职责：
1. 前台接待事务，负责公司员工的后勤保障工作：订水、订票、印制名片、快递邮寄等；
2. 监督检查办公室环境卫生；维护办公室安全；
3. 时更新和管理员工通讯地址及电话号码等联系信息；
4. 责公司办公用品的采购，保管及分发，公司固定资产的管理，定期盘点及汇报；
5. 负责员工每月考勤信息的统计、汇总及分析；
6. 协调组织公司每月一次的员工生日会；
7. 协助部门经理组织员工活动及其他公司活动；
8. 协助部门经理交待的其他相关行政工作。

任职要求：
1. 本科学历，行政管理或企业管理类相关专业毕业；
2. 一年以上行政或人事相关工作经验；
3. 具有良好的书面、口头表达能力，极强的亲和力与服务意识，较强的沟通、协调能力
4. 具有良好的职业道德及职业形象，工作勤奋、踏实稳重、责任心强；
5. 有良好的执行力，思维敏捷，处事灵活有条理；
6. 熟练操作office办公软件；具备基本的网络知识；
7. 英语良好者优先考虑。
