Build and maintain organization process house, keep process effectiveness and strategy oriented; Execute internal audit for continuously improvement, define and push close of CAPA measures;

Review business value chain effective and efficient; Leading OEM/HAWA business delivery, cost and quality optimization.

1) Work with QMS manager to build and maintain organization process house; ensure process house yearly review and effectiveness; work with function team for process upgrade according to organization change
2) Define and execute internal audit for continuously improvement, define and push close of CAPA measures; manage CIP program, push PUMA projects, motivate 3i culture; drive BE cases for organization optimization
3) Review business value chain effective and efficient, reduce waste via responsibility definition, clarify interface and define responsible person; push process update according to VSM review result, satisfy customer experience via End-to-End view
4) Lead OEM/HAWA business optimization, track delivery, quality and cost performance; organize internal resource to push OEM supplier improvement, serve for OEM business exploring in local

1. Above 10-years experience of organization management, cooperate culture management, CIP management, supplier quality performance management
2. 5-years management experience, including Target/KPI setting, strong self-driven, collaboration and motivation skill; business oriented, result driven
3. Good experience on supplier chain and business development, well balance risk and business
4. Good at VDA, ISO9000, FMEA, 8D tool methodology

5. Major on Electronic and management (MBA) is preferred, trainings on supplier chain management, problem solving, confliction management, VDA6.3, PPAP, ISO9000 and leadership trainings.
