Responsible

  1. Electrical hardware design, including electrical diagrams, hardware layout and electrical component selection.
  2. 硬件设计:包括绘制电气原理图和硬件布局图、电气部件选型等工作;
  3. Modify or create new software program for new projects by Siemens TIA Portal, Siemens S7 + WCC or Rockwell Logix5000 independently.
  4. 西门子TIA, Step7+WinCC, 罗克韦尔Studio5000软件, 修改或开发新的PLC程序和触摸屏程序;
  5. Automation system verification and trouble shooting in workshop and customer site.
  6. 间和客户现场进行系统调试并处理电气故障;
  7. Remote support the Field Service Engineer from local and abroad to fix the automation issue on site.
  8. 协助国内外现场服务工程师解决自动化相关问题;
  9. Provide technical support to sales support engineer during bidding phase for potential projects.
  10. 目投标阶段为销售支持部门同事提供技术支持;
  11. Provide wiring, electrical connection and technical documentation.
  12. 生产文件、说明书等相关文档资料;

Required Skills

  1. At least be proficient on using one of popular electrical design software (AutoCAD, Candy++ and Eplan P8).
  2. 熟练使用一种常用的电气设计软件(AutoCAD, Caddy++, Eplan P8
  3. Best practice on wiring design, electrical cabinet design and component selection according to the standard IEC60204.
  4. 基于标准进行电气布线设计、电气控制柜设计和电气元器件选型;
  5. Basic knowledge on EMC design.
  6. 磁兼容设计有基本的了解;
  7. Familiar with Siemens Step7, Siemens TIA PORTAL, Siemens WinCC, and Rockwell Studio5000.
  8. 西门子Step7, 西门子TIAWinCC以及罗克韦尔Studio5000的编程;
  9. Good experience on application of different kinds of Frequency convertor.
  10. 各种变频器的使用;
  11. Fully understanding and skilled on servo drive system like Siemens S120, TCPU and Rockwell Kinetix5500.

  13. Knowledge on functional safety and machine safety.
  14. 功能安全和机器安全的相关知识
  15. Experience with test and verification of automation related requirements and functionality

Since 1979 when it first came to China, Tetra Pak has always been following a business philosophy of “growing with Chinese customers”. Tetra Pak was established in 1951 in Sweden. With its innovative tetrahedron-shaped cartons for packaging milk, which were highly hygienic and efficient in raw materials consumption, Tetra Pak had been one of the first suppliers to provide carton packaging solutions for liquid milk at that time. Through constant improvement and innovation, Tetra Pak has become a major supplier of packaging systems for milk, juice, beverages, and many other food products.
