Are you interested in playing with data and acting as a window to consolidate production demand, machine and labor capacity, operation efficiency and material availability and promising  to an executional production plan.

Core Responsibilities

  

• Ensure a optimize production plan (2wks-3months) being generated with consideration of demand, machine and labor capacity, operation efficiency and material availability.

• Follow up with packing production to secure on time in full delivery

• Follow up on short term demand and prioritize production plan accordingly.

• Communicate with manufacturing for machine and labor capacity, and provide both short term and long term demand information as input.

• Identify potential bottleneck of production plan and propose solutions; communicate situation with both internal departments and SGP SIP team.

• Provide inputs for local S&OP process.

• Implementation of ECO process

• Continuously improve stock turns and delivery service, as well as planning process.
