岗位职责：

1、负责依照教学进度标准及教学目标开展教学活动，完成优质的教学任务；

2、负责学员课程的安排与跟进，帮助孩子提高学习兴趣、培养良好的学习习惯、对学生进行心理的引导；

3、对于学员的学习与在校表现情况定期和家长保持沟通，提高家长满意度；

4、进行家长群的维护、跟进续费以及转介绍等工作；

5、参加学科教研活动，提高教研水平，制作高质量的教材教案；

6、负责协助上级主管举办各种特色活动；

7、教具、教学设备以及其他教学设备的课前准备与课后整理；

8、完成上级交代的其他任务。

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，英语师范或相关专业优先；

2.大学英语四级以上、英文口语流利，能进行全英教育；

3.喜爱小朋友，有耐心与爱心，性格活泼开朗，热爱教育事业；

4.工作认真负责，善于分享，有团队精神；

5.有少儿英语教学经验者优先考虑。

Responsibilities:

1、 Conducting educational activities based on teaching stages and target, complete qualified teaching tasks.

2、 Responsible for arrangement and follow-up of student’s lecture; raise their learning interest, develop good learning habits and perform psychological guidance.

3、 Maintain regular communication with parents about students' learning and school performance to improve parents' satisfaction.

4、 Managing parent group maintenance, follow-up renewal and referral.

5、 Participate in research activities, improve the level of teaching and research, and produce high-quality teaching materials and teaching plans.

6、 Assisting the manager to organize various specialized activities.

7、 Preparation of teaching tools, teaching equipment before and after class.

8、 Complete the other assignment that given by superior.

Requirements:

1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in English teaching or related is preferred.

2、 CET-6 or TEM-4 above, proficient in both oral and written English, capable of teaching in English environment.

3、 Children lover, have patient and love, optimistic personality, passionate for education career.

4、 Responsible in work, good at sharing, have team spirit.

5、 Experienced with child English teaching is preferred.
