Objectives & Responsibilities

  1.  Develop and implement material categories local sourcing strategies, in accordance with objectives and strategies defined by company, Product Group and Business Unit;

  2. Active Supply Chain Management intelligence utilization, identify and drive cost reduction initiatives, benchmarks and analyses based on total cost of ownership (TCO) principles in order to reach targets;

  3. Negotiate best prices, payment terms and contractual agreements consistent with the Company's standards and business requirements, conclude formal contracts;

  4.  Work with technical/sales/TC team to get competitive components quotation from suppliers for new bidding;

  5.  Participate in new product development projects to ensure proper supplier selection and the achievement of total cost, quality, and profitable growth objectives;

  6.  Maintain and develop supplier relationships and assist in building effective partnerships;

  7.  Identify potential suppliers, initiate and lead supplier qualification processes and supplier audits according procedures;

   8. Evaluate supplier’s performance, communicate results, develop and implement strategies and tactics for improvement;

  9. Ensure that the business systems and SCM databases are updated with the most current commercial information; 10. Execute effective and transparent communication internally, externally;

11. SCM project implementation, tracking and reporting;

12. Applies standards on health & safety and on business ethics within operational work, contract management and negotiations;

13. Fulfill all the other consigned work by SCM manager.  Educational Requirements University education above Technical Knowledge / Experience

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/ Sourcing;

2. Confirmed experience in RFQ process ( from initiation, though performance and analyzes of collected offers);

3. Confirmed experience in performing suppliers negotiation (commercial and cooperation conditions,  establishing agreements);

 4. Experience in driving Supply Chain optimization and cost reduction initiatives;

 5. Knowhow, experience in suppliers qualification process, suppliers audits and supplier development;
