Job Description
As an Equipment Technician at MXA Post Electrical, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, tracking machine performance and providing trouble shooting. You will provide support to production and engineering as needed.

Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance: -Equipment repair -Equipment maintenance -Equipment conversions -Equipment modifications -Equipment installation
Equipment Effectiveness: -Monitor equipment performance data and interpret results -Monitor overall efficiency data and interpret results -Identify and correct deviations from accepted practice or expectations
Communicate Information: -Accurately relate technical information to appropriate personnel -Maintain effective communications with internal/external customers -Provide and receive passdowns -Apply meeting and facilitation skills
Customer Service: -Meet the expectations and requirements of internal/external customers -Create and maintain relationships
Mentoring: -Share knowledge/experience with other team members
Continuous Improvement: -Identify and promote equipment improvements -Identify and promote process improvements -Ongoing personal/professional development
EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, Security)

Qualifications
Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills with the ability to identify root cause
Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
