Job Description- MXA Senior Manager, Module Assembly MOL Engineering

As a Module Assembly Engineering Manager, you will assist with improving individual capability by conducting performance appraisals with team members to create goals and development plans. You will monitor performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities. You will be responsible for driving quality improvement, production optimization and enabling the manufacturing team. This encompasses routine activities such as new product introductions, equipment maintenance activities, productivity improvements, and assisting with customer complaints and customer audits. Other responsibilities include ensuring organizational compliance to company policies and regulations, as well as to departmental procedures, and providing organizational leadership for building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation in functional teams and projects, as well as mentoring other functional leaders through collaboration and the development of sustainable solutions.

Qualifications:

• M1 and above.
• Preferably minimum of 8 years working experience in MNC manufacturing company with minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
• IATF 16949 requirements experience preferred
• Familiar with lean manufacturing, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC concepts
• Good understanding of memory module assy/SMT/PCBA is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage team performance and people development.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
• Strong organizational ability.
• Highly motivated and outcome oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good command of English.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or above in an Engineering discipline or a combination of related experience and education is required.
