岗位职责:

? Manage and support existing lithium-ion product portfolio for APAC market.
? Conduct market research and develop Voice of Customer for APAC market for energy storage products.
? Work closely with Vertiv engineering and cross-functional teams, in China and globally, for the development and launch of new products, following Vertiv’s NPDI (New Product Development & Introduction) process.
? Develop market / product requirements for new product development projects.
? Develop new suppliers for lithium-ion battery cells, modules, BMS and systems.
? Work with potential suppliers for new product introduction that fit into Vertiv’s portfolio.
? Support suppliers with compliance topics on UL, CE certifications.
? Support APAC sales and marketing teams for promotion of Energy Storage products.
? Maintain awareness of and engagement with new energy storage technologies and assess appropriateness for use with Vertiv’s product portfolio.
? Manage and extend product development roadmaps to address existing product set limitations and anticipate nascent market requirements.
? Other duties as assigned as they relate to Vertiv’s mission.
? Occasional travel within China and international travel.

任职资格:

? Five years’ experience in Product Management and/or Marketing.
? Strong background in lithium-ion battery very desirable.
? B.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar.
? Ability to interface well with suppliers and customers.
? Ability to collaborate well with internal cross-functional teammates in Vertiv.
? Excellent verbal and written skills, Mandarin and English.
