岗位职责：

1.熟悉空运进口的操作流程

2.与国外客户、当地公司、报关行密切沟通

3.熟悉海关和商检的法规法则

4.负责海外代理和国内客户的询价和报价，及时整理项目数据，生成报告

5.负责运输过程中的问题解决

任职要求：

1.有过1年以上空运进口客服经验

2.能够熟练使用 OFFICE 办公软件

3.客户服务意识强，具备良好的人际沟通、客户关系管理维护技巧，以及处理突发事件应变能力

4.具有团队合作精神，服从领导的安排
